About
Shimanouchi Fujimaru Winery, an urban winery based in Osaka, primarily grows Delaware in our own vineyards. We have played a role to manage abandoned vineyards which had fallen into disuse due to a rapidly ageing society and taken on a sustainable low-intervention approach to grape growing, certified as Osaka Eco Agricultural Products, as well as winemaking. The volume of production varies depending on vintages. In 24VT, we produced approximately 10K bottles.
