We have been making low-intervention Japanese wines since 2021. We started growing our grapes organically (not certified) in 2022. We harvested the first grapes from our vineyard last year in 2024. We have also been buying grapes from local producers since 2021. Our region is famous for Kyoho grapes, a table grape variety. Our wines are somewhat juicy yet taste much like sake, as I used to work in a sake brewery. I did harvest work in wineries in Spain and also in New Zealand.
