Società Agricola VinB

We are 2 farmers, Biagio e Vittorio, both originally from Chiaramonte Gulfi and with background in the wine industry, Restaurants first and then wineries Cos and Arianna Occhipinti. We started this project in 2021 working 1 ha of rented vines Nero D'avola and Frappato. Today we own 1 ha, and we rent 2.1 ha between the hills of Chiaramonte and the sand of Vittoria. 
We work following Regenerative organic agriculture, trying to give back life and energy to the soils of our vineyards and olives with the use of cover crop, crimping / Mulching, minimal tilling, essentially at sawing time. 
In the cellar we don't use any additive, and we try to minimize the extraction to reach very elegant and soft texture in all our wines. 

The goal is to make thirst quenching, elegant and intense wines, SO2 Might be used before bottling only if the wines need any.
