SRC Vini

My daughter Sandra, my wife Cinzia and me: Rori, in 2013 we start our own project "SRC " (Esserci). We farmed organically our old vines located at very different altitude, from 650 mt up to 1000 mt dislocated from east to west and on the North slopes of Etna. The low intervention in vineyard and in the cellar allowed the wines to express the territory thanks to the venerandous age of the vines ( between 50 - 120 years old) and above all the rich lavic soil where they grown. The Etna region and its microclimate, define balanced wines giving this extreme drinkability. For our wines we select Nerello Mascalese, Grenache ( west region), Carricante and Grecanico.
