Andrew Young founded St. Reginald Parish in 2013, followed by The Marigny in 2015. The Marigny was built to focus on vin de soif styles of winemaking, while St. Reginald Parish focuses on vin de garde. Over the past 10 years the winery has helped to convert nine vineyards to organic and regenerative practices, with no vineyards using heavy metals and some even experimenting with sans soufre practices, opting for medicinal sprays grown on the property.

Cellar practices focus on carbonic and semi-carbonic styles for the macerated wines and direct-to-press for whites, all without the use of a desteamer. SO2 levels are kept to a minimum, with 22ppm being standard after malolactic and occasionally 8 additional ppm at bottling on the white wines.
