Strekov1075

Strekov 1075 is a family winery, located in Strekov, Slovakia. Organic vineyards, no filtration, no fining, no additives, and no sulfur added to any of the wines since 2017 - made simply by the Nature itself. Our vision is that the single-stick vineyard gives more unique grapes and juice with a stronger, unspoiled character of the place´s spirit. The leading thought is not to rewrite the code of terroir, but making wine without adding and taking anything from it. In 2020 the winery started a friendly cooperation with winegrower Peter Šroner. All his production from 5ha of young eco certificated vinyard is processed under the brand Šroner & Sütő. The aim is to produce easy drinkable wine with light structure.
