The Cook Stays explores the roots of our gastronomy when wines and ingredients where pure. We selected a range of accessible fine Natural Wines and Fine Ingredients and we do not allow any form of interventions nor additives that are not essential to the production process. We only works with small producers who work in the same philosophy. All are based in Europe and carefully selected. As part of our selection process and quality assurance, we regularly pay them a visit.
