We cultivate about 6,5 hectares biodynamic wine (about equal amounts of white and red). Therefore not only have vineyards but also combine free range pigs, sheep, "heurigen"-restaurant and a farm that we grow grains that and harvest crops for self pressed oils.
"Heurigen" -restaurant have a long tradition in Austria and are family run businesses, that only open seasonally. Traditionally after slaughtering or after harvest. Further we produce organic sourdough breads, all grains we use are grown on our farm and milled on site in a stone mill freshly before baking.
We set value on our immediate surroundings and work on developing our family winery and farm towards more and more sustainable ways of producing high-quality wines and foods.
