About
Troon Vineyard is a Demeter Biodynamic® Certified vineyard and winery in Oregon's Applegate Valley. We are in the Siskiyou Mountains and our mountain-grown wines are very different from the Willamette Valley as we focus on southern French varieties. We are also CCOF Organic certified both as a vineyard and winery. All of our wines are fermented only with native yeasts with no additives of any kind, including our Pét Nat and Piquette sparkling wines. No new oak is used to age our wines. All of our wines are also vegan-friendly. Only low doses of SO2 are used just prior to bottling.
