The Vi Natural project is dedicated to the promotion, distribution and sale of natural wines without additives from the Valencia, Alicante and Castelló regions (Valencian Community). Tastings are offered to individuals and companies, as well as assistance and follow-up for the conversion of the wine industry to agro-ecology.
The house of Vi Natural in Pego has a cellar where a selection of white, red, orange and natural sparkling wines from independent winegrowers are kept. All the cellars have been selected according to rigorous criteria, with no concessions: agroecological or biodynamic vineyards, if possible with ecological certification, hand-picked grapes, and wines matured without any chemical additives or sulphites.
Since May 2023, an annual fair has been held in the convent square in the shade of the pine trees, where enthusiasts of natural wine gather to enjoy the wines and meet the region's winemakers.
It is also a presence at markets, fairs and wine shows with Jérôme Chesnot, first ambassador of the project. He offers talks and conferences on conscious viticulture in Valencian, French and English.
