Norway's natural surroundings have always been a part of our lives, with ample time spent outdoors. However, most of us are unaware that the plants surrounding us can also be used as nutritious and tasty food. This valuable knowledge has been lost over time.

There exists a wide variety of wild plants with unique flavors, unfamiliar to most people. We are passionate about utilizing these ingredients to craft exceptional alcohol-free experiences.
