Originally established in Paris, our journey began with a deep commitment to sustainable viticulture and authentic winemaking. We specialize in low-intervention wines, carefully sourced from talented independent winemakers who share the same values. Airy personally travels across Europe, visiting vineyards, meeting winemakers, and immersing herself in their winemaking philosophies. We value the terroir, the people, and the unique stories behind every bottle we offer, this hands-on approach also allows us to represent the wines more precisely.
