Our vineyard is surrounded by native forest and 15 km from the Pacific Ocean. On 2 ha we produce Pinot Noir, Chardonnay Sauvignon blanc and Pais. The vineyard is biodynamic and has not been irrigated for 9 years. The winery was built with local clay, has no electricity and there is no temperature control. The grapes are vinified in cowhide vats, clay amphorae and Chilean Raulí wood vats. The production is 10.000 bottles per season. Our idea is to produce wines as they were made centuries ago and to rescue the true flavours and aromas of our grapes. We do not have points of sale but every Saturday at 11:00 we hold social tastings, a free and democratic space where the community together with wine professionals can taste the wines, get to know the winery and our work philosophy.
