Walter & Benjamin has been importing natural wines from small, artisan winemakers for over 25 years. Based in our store in Munich, we distribute to individuals and restaurants all over Germany. Come in for a recommendation, or check out our online shop! Raw wines that work much more via their mouthfeel than their bouquet first caught our attention in the 1990s. Today, our assortment unites natural wine pioneers and young, emerging producers. It is characterised by our personal, competent selection of real, handmade, organic and biodynamic wines. Many intriguingly original, some surprisingly tender, others expressively eccentric and unapologetic. We seek to sharpen the senses for new taste sensations and highlight the needs of a healthy natural environment and the people behind it who - often taking risks - create exciting, idiosyncratic wines.
