We have 4 hectares of vineyards on Somló hill/Hungary on volcanic soil, so our wines are highly mineral and salty. I started making natural wines from 2020, when the properties are given in a wine, I make it completely sulphur-free. I have committed myself to natural winemaking and I feel that I am moving in the right direction. In 2022, the first couple of wines were put on the market, approximately 800-1000 bottles of each were produced. Basically, I work with varieties from Somló: Juhfark, Furmint, Hárslevelü and Olaszrizling, but I make an orangewine that is: Riesling x Juhfark. I live with my family near Lake Balaton (Badacsony), so I have a few vineyards to work with here as well. Of course, organic everywhere in the vineyard and trying without sulfur in the cellar. I also use steel tanks, more and more wooden barrels and porous plastic tanks (Flextank, Speidel). By the way, I gained my viticulture and winemaking experience in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
