Weingut Feldtheorie

We are a couple run winery in the Kamptal Region of Austria since 2022. Before setting off on our own journey we had many internships around the globe, focusing on organic farming and low intervention winemaking. The lessons we learned during those years formed our approach to winemaking into what it is today: organic, hands on farming with a low intervention approach in the cellar. By doing this we hope to express our multiple terroirs and ourselves in the wines we create. We are small enough to do all the summer work by ourselves and use machines only when and where necessary. As we are convinced a great wine is produced in the vineyard. During harvest friends and family come in and we enjoy these weeks together in the vineyards and the cellar, celebrating together the greatest time in the year. We hope our wines express their soils, climates, biome and their caretakers and strive to improve every year.
