In Sausal, southern Styria, Petra and Hannes Harkamp cultivate 20 hectares of vineyards according to biodynamic guidelines. Firm, straightforward, mineral wines and sparkling wines are produced on complex slate and shell limestone soils, which have been Demeter certified since the 2019 vintage. The special passion of the two applies to the production of elegant sparkling wines using the method of traditional bottle fermentation.
